Overview

A home builder had 25 models and a folder of PDFs. I built a pipeline that turns each PDF into an accurate 3D model, then into every photo the website needs: four seasons, night, every side, every colour option.

The 3D models and render passes are built in Blender. The final photoreal images are AI-assisted: Magnific turns the Blender frame into a photo, and every output is checked against the Blender frame.

Same camera. The model is built from the drawing. The photo is built from the model.

Every opening checked against the drawing.

The model is overlaid on all four elevations and each window and door is ray-checked. A build goes to the client only at zero problems. Drawing in red, model in blue.

  6. 6 · PhotorealLotus 1, front, summer, photoreal render

AI photoreal pass (Magnific), checked against the Blender frame.

One 1792 × 1008 JPG per image, versioned, into the website folder.

15 selected final images, five per model: Lotus (across its three colour options), Cape Cod and Daphne. Photoreal pass is AI-assisted from the Blender frame.

One model. Every season.

One model. Three colour schemes.

Materials are assigned by role. A new scheme is a new palette file. The geometry never changes.

House imagery in both ad sets (The Pines and Pasture Edge) is AI-generated, not from the Blender pipeline.
